Three of them boast magnificent jacuzzis, offering a more intimate and luxurious space. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a spacious terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals or relaxing evenings under the stars. The pool with a jacuzzi invites guests to refresh themselves on warm days and bask in the warm rays of the sun. From the finca, visitors can marvel at the impressive views of the vast sea and the imposing Mount San Salvador, giving their stay a special charm. Other things to note To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30%. - Upon arrival, the guests will make a payment of 500€ +300€ (garbage) in cash as a deposit, which will be returned to them once the stay is over and provided that they have left the house in the agreed conditions. *After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental). - Final cleaning is paid separately - 400 euros (only if agreed at the time of rental). - If intermediate cleaning is required it is 150 Euro for adults only or 200 Euro with children. - Outdoor parking/garage: / no reservation required. - On request: a crib and a high chair are provided free of charge. - Second crib unit - 10 € per day - In rooms where an extra bed can be added and provided it is available, the price will be 28 euros per day. - Possibility of heated swimming pool 800 €/week - Possibility towels according to need, max 40 hand towels and max 20 bath towels per stay - For the months of January, February, March, and April, the minimum stay is 1 month. The final cleaning fee will be €500, and electricity will be charged according to the bill at the end of the month. ADDITIONAL NOTES: - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight / boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection. - Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged. - The reception office will contact you shortly to let you know the time and place for key collection. - Arrival outside opening hours: (a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the next day to the reception agency; b) In the event that there is no safe deposit box, arrange after hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash at the time of arrival. - Check-in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros. - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be € 50.00 and € 90.00 before 17:00. - In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible.
