This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a glimpse of the Gulf from the rear screened-in porch, where you can unwind and soak in the coastal breeze. Enjoy your own private oasis with swaying palm trees, a sparkling swimming pool, a gas griddle for outdoor cooking, and cozy patio furniture for ultimate relaxation. For those visiting during the cooler months, a recently installed pool heater (warmed to 78 to 80 F) ensures year-round comfort. Inside, the main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a TV. The second bedroom also boasts a queen-size bed and TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two sets of double bunk beds, a futon couch, and a TV. The fourth bedroom has two single bunk beds and a TV, making it a great space for younger guests but also fitting adults. Need even more room? An additional sleeping area downstairs includes a fold-out sofa bed, a TV, and a bathroom. While this space doesn’t have a door, it is the only room on the lower level apart from the laundry room and bathroom, ensuring privacy. For families traveling with little ones, two playpen cribs are available for your convenience. We only rent to one group at a time. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Please note that, as required by the regulations of the City of Madeira Beach, the renter needs to be at least 25 years old. Pool is heated to 78-80 degrees and the heater operates normally above 45 °F. When outdoor wind chill temperatures drop below this level, the system automatically shuts off to protect the equipment, so the pool cannot be heated during colder periods.
