Single suite daily or monthly. Family atmosphere. Room with double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, very spacious, sea view, close to banks, markets, pharmacies, malls, bus stop, tram, colleges and various other types of shops close to the beach. Objectives: monthly rent. The space Planned suite with wardrobe, air conditioning, fan, Wi-Fi, 32" smart TV, bedding, towels, soap and toilet paper. Guest access Balcony overlooking the ocean, kitchen and service area. Available for use: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker for 3 Hearts capsules (not included) Cooktop (Not available for cooking), only for preparing small snacks. During your stay A good place to socialize with guests. Always learning and teaching. I will be available to help with anything you need. Other things to note BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED! Basic house rules: When arriving from the street: take off your shoes and leave them on the shoe rack in the entrance hall. When going to the beach, remove sand from your body, clothes, and accessories before returning home. Be organized, maintain hygiene, do not smoke. Do not leave street shoes in the room (we have a specific place to store them) When leaving the room, turn off the air conditioning. Do not leave a wet towel on the bed. Do not leave the toilet lid open. Kitchen: Not allowed for cooking. Wash the dishes that get dirty.
