This area is known for its diverse dining scene, including cozy bistros, stone-oven pizza spots, and traditional izakayas. 🛋️ Living Space The spacious living room (approx. 248 sq ft) features a dining table that expands to seat up to 8 people. There’s also a small café table for two, perfect for a relaxed moment. A 50-inch 4K TV and a large sofa bed make the space ideal for unwinding after a long day. 🍳 Kitchen The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, and a range of cooking utensils (frying pan, pot, etc.). We also provide a high chair and a baby tableware set for families traveling with young children. ※ For hygiene reasons, seasonings are not provided. 🛏️ Bedrooms There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet. Large suitcases can be easily stored, making it suitable for longer stays. 🧼 Vanity Area A dedicated sink area is available, perfect for washing up or doing makeup in comfort. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom is separate from the toilet and features a deep soaking bathtub—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. 🚽 Toilet The unit includes a modern toilet with bidet functions (washlet) for added convenience. 🧺 Laundry A washing machine with a 15.4 lb (7 kg) capacity is available for your use. While there's no dryer in-unit, a coin-operated laundromat is located in the neighboring building for added convenience. Guest access You have access to the entire floor. Other things to note 【Passport Submission】 In accordance with Japanese law, guests who are not Japanese nationals are required to submit a copy of their passport. After confirming your reservation, we will send you a link to a form where you can enter the required information and upload your passport copy. If we do not receive your passport copy by one week prior to your scheduled check-in date, your reservation will be canceled. 【No Outdoor Shoes Indoors】 Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the indoor area. 【Locking Doors and Managing Electrical Devices】 When leaving the property, please ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked. Additionally, please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and all electrical appliances before you leave. 【No Towel or Linen Changes During Stay】 We do not offer towel, linen changes, or room cleaning during your stay. Please use the washing machine provided in the unit. 【Waste Sorting and Disposal】 Please separate your garbage according to the labels on the kitchen bins. To prevent odors, please rinse containers that held food before disposing of them. When the garbage bag is full, tie it securely and place it in the storage box located in the elevator hall. If the storage box is full, please notify the host. 【Laundry Machine Usage Hours】 Please use the washing machine only until 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing other residents. 【Unauthorized Guests Prohibited】 Guests who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay. If there is any change in the number of guests, please contact us in advance. If unauthorized guests are found staying, immediate eviction will occur, and no refund will be given. 【Noise Restrictions】 Residents live on the floors above and below. Please respect them by refraining from playing loud music or making loud noises. If a noise complaint results in intervention by the host, management, or police, a handling fee of 30,000 yen will be charged. In serious cases, you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately. 【Smoking Prohibited】 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on balconies. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged. 【Prohibition of Leaving Large Items】 Please do not leave large items (such as suitcases) behind after checkout. If any large waste is left, separate disposal fees will be charged. 【Security Cameras】 Security cameras are installed in the elevator halls on each floor. There are no cameras inside the unit to protect guest privacy. If any violations (such as staying with unauthorized guests or illegal activities) are detected, immediate eviction without refund will be enforced.
