Centrally located in Holly Springs, Waterfront Wonder is the perfect spot for a weekend away or for checking out the RTP area! Tranquil, lake views tempt you to rock away the day in the hammock, fish, kayak or enjoy a game of bocce. Let your pets and kids stretch their legs in the large, fenced yard and spend your nights curled up the fire. The house was designed with both short and long term guests in mind, providing all the essentials and amenities (and some you didn’t know you needed!). The space Pet-friendly, comfy and well-stocked with three bedrooms and two baths, fully stocked kitchen plus a grill (propane is provided), central heat and A/C, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, fire pit (firewood is not provided) and memory foam mattresses, you can enjoy all the amenities of home. The house has direct access through the backyard gate (locked for child safety) to the lake where you can fish or kayak (fishing rods and two single kayaks provided in the garage)! The bedroom downstairs is the flex space that also has a desk in it. The room features a daybed with trundle (two single beds) and a full, attached bath. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms (one with a king, one with a queen bed) and a full, shared bathroom. Waterfront Wonder is less than 2 miles to downtown Fuquay Varina and 3 miles from downtown Holly Springs for checking our restaurants, shops, salons, breweries and yoga, plus essentials like grocery stores and Target! Guest access You have full and private access to the entire home, property and amenities, including the 3-car garage for parking and storage needs.
