Known for its rich history, castles, and proximity to South Portugal’s beaches, Castro Marim is the perfect base to explore nearby attractions such as Praia do Barril, Queda do Vigário, Vila Real de Santo António, Praia dos Tesos, and Castelo de Tavira. This 159-square-foot tiny house offers a cozy tiny house living experience, complete with a hammock perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and bathroom facilities. The bathroom includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: This retreat is off-grid and powered by solar energy. Guests are encouraged to conserve power during the day and use heating responsibly to avoid power outages. Guest access Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Other things to note - Wifi is not available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is allowed on designated areas on the property - Gas BBQ Grill, Bottled water and Firewood comes at an extra cost - Expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - Mobile reception is good for Vodafone, Orange, Telefonica and BT Group; others are weak - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - BBQ and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
