The space Terrerosse is a typical Romagna rural house dating back to 1631, with generous dimensions (300 sqm), characterized by elegant furnishings and suitable for up to 8 people. Internally, the house is ancient, on two floors in bricks and ancient wood: • 3 double bedrooms and one twin room with two single beds, with fragrant linen • a huge bright living room with comfortable sofa and TV • a fully equipped kitchen • 2 large bathrooms Externally, it is an oasis of relaxation and comfort, immersed in nature: • large wooded park • 8x4 meter swimming pool shared with guests of the Casa Carlotta outbuilding • barbecue • children's area Returning to Terrerosse after a day of exploration, guests can enjoy comfort and a unique experience, made of elegance, comfort, and authenticity, which blends perfectly with the magical atmosphere of the Romagna countryside. Before your arrival, you will receive all the instructions via message for a serene and comfortable stay, plus some tips to experience the surroundings Other things to note • Please note that this rental property is not a hotel, agriturismo, B&B, or similar, and therefore, according to the law, additional services similar to those found in such establishments, such as reception, concierge or security, mail reception, provision of meals and beverages, cleaning and changing of bed linen during the stay, etc., are strictly prohibited. • According to Italian law, an identity document is required for all guests staying at the property at the time of check-in. • The CITY TAX is not included and is €2 per person per night for those over 14 years old. • Check-in is by appointment only. Please inform us of your arrival time with a 1-day notice and keep us informed in case of any delays. • Only upon request, for check-in after 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM, there is an extra cost of €40. • Check-in is not allowed after 11:00 PM. • The heating system is available for €20 per day. • Pets are not allowed. • It is mandatory to properly recycle waste by carefully following the instructions.
