Two upstairs and one downstairs. Large kitchen, with dining room and living room. Outdoor area with private pool, private garden, sun loungers, outdoor living area and dining area, with barbecue. Laundry and private parking for your exclusive use. There are cafes and a mini-market near the house with everything you need. It also has a restaurant/terrace on top of the beach where you can have your meals and drink a glass of wine to relax and go out for a while if you want. The boardwalks on the beach dunes are a great idea for seaside walks. The house is on a cul-de-sac. There is no traffic, which is great for relaxing, resting and listening to the sea and birds.
