A porch with columns in leccese stone introduces the ground floor where the sleeping area is located. An entrance hall with sofas and pool view leads to the hallway along which open 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. On this floor there are also 2 full shower rooms and various external accesses from which the pool area can be reached. Internal stairs lead to the basement floor. Here there is a very bright living room with glass windows from which the pool area is easily reached. The living room is furnished with dining room, large open kitchen, TV and relaxation area. External stairs lead to the upper floor where a large terrace overlooking the pool is furnished for spending time outdoors with a porch, table and chairs, washstand, hoist to bring food from the basement.
