The Gigasuite has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, study, full optional kitchen, garden, patio and rooftop The space Immerse yourself in the large heated swimming pool, 12 meters long, full optional, equipped with a wet beach for sunbathing in the cool, hydromassage for 4 people and water jet for neck massage. Relax in the SPA for 6 people in total privacy, indoors, with water that can be heated up to 41 degrees, also equipped with chromotherapy and the ambient or massage music you prefer, via Bluetooth connection. A couple's bath? There is another large hydromassage Jacuzzi in the house for two people with music and lights. Have fun and keep fit with the sports area, equipped with a pingpong table, five-a-side football goal, table football, billiard table, equipped gym, roller bike and another electric walking bike. Guest access The Gigasuite is exclusively available to guests Other things to note The Gigasuite was designed by the deconstructivist architect Antonio Fanigliulo, built by the most important local builder of the time, Pasquale Ruta. In 2023 it was renovated and furnished by the environmental architect Pierpaolo Zampini in a Bauhaus style. The Bauhaus movement was associated by Zampini with deconstructivism due to the characteristics that the two architectural currents have in common, such as formal and structural experimentation, non-conformism, technological innovation, the search for individual expression. The result has a great aesthetic and functional impact which gives the home elegance, importance and refinement. Nothing was left to chance, consistently with the technological matrix of the artistic movements that moved the two architects, the Gigasuite was the protagonist of an important efficiency intervention which raised it to A3 energy class. This was possible through the installation of an important photovoltaic system with Tesla batteries and highly efficient heat pumps that regulate heat, cold and humidity in the rooms of the house. The Tesla charging wallbox also allows you to exploit the home's energy surplus to recharge any guests' electric vehicles with zero emissions.
