Cozy Beachy Family Oasis Vacation Condo in SoFlo

Beautiful cozy 2/2 Davie condo. A beachy Florida vibe with a lovely green golf-course view on a private balcony. Only 20-minute drive to the beach and 30 minute drive to Miami. Only 0.4mi away from NSU. Near FIU and UM. Only 15-minute drive to Hard Rock Stadium. This condo is also equipped with a baby crib, toddler potty, and some children's toys. This is an extremely safe neighborhood with little to no crime ever. The space Pool and jacuzzi outdoors with gated entry using key provided by host. Contains pool chairs, grill site, picnic area/tables, tennis court, bathrooms. POOLS and gated area with outdoor amenities currently closed due to COVID Laundry Room located outside condo, requires quarters for washing that guests will need to provide themselves. May use beach chairs found on private balcony. (If you don’t find any and need/want to use them, host will provide). Shampoo/conditioner, toiletries, and variable condiments provided/available. This condo is equipped with a baby crib, toddler potty, and some children's toys. Dishwasher, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, free outdoor gas grill, and best of all , LUSH GREEN beautiful fields of grass as your personal sanctuary backyard ! Guest access Please let host know if there is a car that needs to park over night. Easy to do, but the host needs to register the car for guest parking. Prior to your arrival, please provide the following: vehicle make, model, color, plate #, and plate state. Otherwise, the vehicle is subject to parking violations at the vehicle owner’s expense. 2 cars max can be registered. Other things to note There is a $200 security deposit. No smoking allowed in the house. If smoke is smelled in the house, you will lose your security deposit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, please use ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts. No illegal activity allowed on the property. This subjects you to a loss of your security deposit. No pets allowed in the house, this does not include service animals. If signs that an animal was inside the property, you will lose your security deposit. Guests with Service animals need to show proof/documentation PRIOR to stay. No shoes inside, please remove shoes at the front door. Quiet hours after 10PM, to respect nearby neighbors. No parties allowed. Parties are NOT permitted. Check in after 4PM. Check out by 10AM. Damage to furniture, appliances, or any other items on the property will subject you to a loss of some or all of your security deposit. Please rinse and put dirty/used dishes in dishwasher prior to checking out. Please leave dirty/used towels on floor or in hamper prior to checking out.
