Guest and fitter apartment with AC in the top floor

From this centrally located place, you can get to all the important places in no time. There are 3 rooms in the attic, as well as 1 loft (duplex conversion), for a maximum of 5 people, as well as a living room, a large bathroom (shower and tub) and a built-in kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available: Use is possible by arrangement and for a fee. (10 EUR per appliance and week or part thereof.) You have to bring your own laundry detergent. (4 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 mattress in the loft) The space If no late check-out is agreed upon or if the agreed time is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, a late check-out fee of EUR 40.00 net per person plus VAT 7% = EUR 42.80 and, for more than 2 hours, an additional night's stay according to Point 13 of the General Terms and Conditions. Guest access The apartment has a key box for check-in. The code will be provided shortly. There is a "Guest" lockbox on the front door. Please pull the black plastic cover down, then the setting wheels will be visible. Then pull the switch down on the left. Assistance with check-in is only possible until 8 pm; after that, only by prior (telephone) arrangement. Please reset the PIN after removing the key and close the plastic cover! This apartment is NOT suitable for dogs. It is also not suitable for people with disabilities. Bicycles, scooters, etc. are prohibited in the hallway and the apartment. Parking is available on request. If bicycles, scooters, etc. are taken into the apartment, a contractual penalty of EUR 214.00 must be paid. If damage is found to have been caused by the bicycles, scooters, etc., these are subject to separate compensation. There is camera surveillance in the outdoor area of the apartment, and any corresponding misconduct will be documented.
