Guest and fitter apartment with AC in the top floor

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. There are 3 rooms in the attic, as well as 1 bedroom (duplex conversion), for a maximum of 5 people, as well as a living room, large bathroom (shower and tub) and a built-in kitchen. A washer and dryer are available (for a fee). (4 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 mattress in the loft, 350 m walk to the (bus) station (4 min), parking in front of the house) The space If no late check-out is arranged, or if the agreed time is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, a late check-out fee of €40.00 net per person plus tax will be charged. VAT 7% = EUR 42.80, and for stays longer than 2 hours, an additional night's stay, as per Section 13 of the General Terms and Conditions. (€65.00 net per person per night plus VAT 7% = EUR 69.55) If animals are brought without permission, a contractual penalty of EUR 53.50 per animal per night must be paid. For the increased cleaning effort, we charge the guest at least €214 for the cleaning costs. If the room cannot be rented the next day due to heavy soiling, an additional night will be charged according to the list price. If more people come than booked, an amount of 69.55 EUR will be charged for each additional person, which also applies when exceeding the original rental period. The contract does not automatically renew if the guest does not move out on the day of departure. An extension according to §545 BGB is hereby expressly rejected! Guest access The apartment has a key box for check-in. The code will be provided shortly. There is a "Guest" lockbox on the front door. Please pull the black plastic cover down, then the setting wheels will be visible. Then pull the switch down on the left. Assistance with check-in is only possible until 8 pm; after that, only by prior (telephone) arrangement. Please reset the PIN after removing the key and close the plastic cover! If damage is found to have been caused by the bicycles, scooters, etc., these are subject to separate compensation. There is camera surveillance outside the apartment, and any such misconduct is documented. If these, including electric cars, are to be charged, there is the possibility of charging outside the apartment for a fee.
