The space Our property is a single-family home with a converted attic apartment above the main level with an exterior entrance. We reside on the main level of the home and the Airbnb is the converted apartment. Other things to note With this unit being a converted attic, please be aware that the ceilings at the tallest point are about 6'5" and there is a slope on either side. There is no cleaning fee for your stay as it is included in your nightly price.
