The 3 full bathrooms have floor to ceiling tile, custom built in white oak shelves & storage, and all the common necessities you need [salon quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & more] to complete your stay at this clean and equipped home. The open concept first floor is home to a chefs kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances & quartz counters, stocked with indoor and outdoor cooking dishes, serving ware, and utensils, a coffee maker with provided pods, blender for those refreshing drinks, and even the common spices you will need to whip up a delicious BBQ meal on the breathtaking patio. The kitchen is full of everyday conveniences to make your stay complete. With an oversized island and 4 counter stools, it is a great place to gather while cooking or have that afternoon snack. The kitchen flows seamlessly with the large living room that has a new comfortable sectional and chairs that make the perfect space for a family movie night. This great living space is also home to the concrete dining table that has ample seating with stylish chairs and a long bench. We thoroughly clean the hot tub after every guest, year round, but during the summer months extra attention is needed due to sand, sunscreen and lotion products. Here are a couple requests we ask of you before you go: Please gather your used towels and put in the laundry room. No need to wash them as we will take care of all of that. Please start dishwasher with any used dishes. Please take all trash to the garbage can in front. Please turn off all the lights and make sure the oven is off as well. Please set thermostat to 72 degrees. Please make sure all indoor furniture is put back to its original place and all beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items are tied down and in their original place. Please make sure any outdoor games, beach toys, children’s life vest, or any other property extras are put in their original place and off of the lawn so they are not damaged by the sprinklers. And lastly, please make sure all windows and doors are fully closed and locked before leaving. This home is part of a two unit townhome. THE NITTY GRITTY House Rules (Please Read): We’re excited to share this special home with you—please help us keep it beautiful by following these important rules: •If you would like to use the dock, please let us know. Dock use is available upon request with advance notice. • No Smoking anywhere on property (indoors or out) – $2,000 fee and immediate removal apply. • No Pets due to allergies- including MSA and service animals – $2500 fee per day violation and immediately removal apply. • No parties or events – Quiet hours: 9:0PM to 8:00 AM • Swimming is at your own risk – No diving or running on dock or rocks • Septic system – Only toilet paper in toilets. No wipes (even flushable). • Guest count must match reservation. Day visitors or extra guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests = $150/person/day • Campfires allowed only in fire pit, and only when no burn bans are in effect • Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges • Early check-in or late checkout? Just ask! We’re happy to accommodate when possible.
