Casa Laguna is a one-of-a-kind experience featuring views of the Condado Lagoon. A 10-minute ride from the airport will have you enjoying magical sunsets, while relaxing in our sanctuary. Enjoy having direct access to the lagoon and a cute beach, with beautiful views, located right across the street, next to the Condado Plaza Hotel. You will also enjoy a private entrance to the building with security guards at night and a first-come-first-serve parking lot. No assigned parking spot is available. The space This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining, living room with water views, one full bathroom, one bedroom with water views, and a second bedroom that enjoys direct access to the full bathroom plus its own half bathroom. The building has exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances and common areas for safety. No cameras are inside the unit or facing private interior spaces. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the entire apartment. Other things to note We have a first come first serve parking lot. If you come into the parking lot and there are no available parking spaces, you may wait until one becomes available or use the paid parking lot, located right across the street, in the basement level of the Condado Plaza Hotel.
