This home was designed with ease in mind , only one flight of steps and all on one level! *Cozy living room with a smart TV , sound bar and an electric fireplace. *Eat in kitchen is well equipped and has a large custom made table. *Primary bedroom with full bathroom and dedicated workspace *2 additional bedrooms that share the hallway bath. *Each bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and its own mini split system allowing guests to customize their bedroom temperature. *Downstairs has half bath, laundry room and outdoor shower *Screened porch has a 6 seat dining table , a large bar like table , 2 mounted bluetooth speakers, led lighting and a compact refrigerator Included-- 2 beach parking passes, bed linens, bath towels, 2 hairdryers, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, first aid kit, 6 basic beach chairs . We will provide 2 beach parking passes. One of the coolest things about Carova is you can park directly on the beach , no lugging chairs, coolers etc from a parking lot . You will drive on the beach, over sand ramps and on sand roads to access the house, 4 wheel drive and airing down is a must! Please refer to the Currituck county beach parking driving website for air down instructions, etc. *Observe the wild horses They roam free!, stay 50 feet away and do not feed them. *The wildlife refuge! It is great for exploring and hiking trails are right next to the house! In addition a False Cape hiking trail is accessible at the north end of the road. Wear bug spray! *Bird watching! The screened porch overlooks the refuge! *Fishing/Kayaking/Boating! Carova Beach Park is about 1 mile south on the same road, it has a boat ramp and docks you can fish from! Other- **Must be at least 25 to rent** **Renting on behalf of someone under the age of 25 is strictly prohibited. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire stay.
