With two bedrooms and two baths spread across two levels, the cottage offers an intimate yet spacious retreat, ideal for reconnecting with loved ones or simply soaking in the peace that only the coast can offer. Located on the main level 🚿 Bathroom 2: Full bathroom w/ stand-up combination tub/shower. Located on the upper level 🧑‍🍳 KITCHEN AND DINING ▪️ We welcome you to fully utilize all the stainless steel appliances (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) to fix yourself a meal ▪️ All types of cookware and utensils are thoughtfully provided to ensure you're well prepared ahead for any recipes. Basic spices are also available ▪️ Wake up and start your morning the right way with a dedicated coffee bar ▪️ Spacious dining table seats 4 comfortably with an additional outdoor dining set up on the upper deck overlooking the ocean ✨ AMENITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT ▪️ Fast, reliable, and free WiFi ▪️ We love providing all guests with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods, and many more consumables ▪️ Full size washer and dryer ▪️ Are you a huge fan of grilling? A propane grill is located on the upper deck ▪️ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them! 🅿️ PARKING ▪️ Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles will be parked along the cedar planter boxes (highway side). Please be careful letting children and dogs out of the vehicle. Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. ✨ Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a comprehensive digital guidebook which includes house rules, check in-instructions, things to do around town, and other general info. I am always available to answer any questions, help prepare for your trip, assist with any special requests you may have, and provide local tips/attractions, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a message away :) You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Guest access ✨ You will have private use to the entire cabin and all its amenities during your stay ❤️ Other things to note 👂 POTENTIAL NOISE ▪️ Our property is located next to highway 101. Depending on your tolerance to noise, Bedroom 1 will be the one closest to that side of the home. ♨️ HOT WATER ▪️ The maximum temperature for our hot water has been adjusted to accommodate the filling and warming of our soaking tub. Please be very careful, as it's not advisable to only turn on hot water to wash hands or dishes. It's recommended to turn on the cold water first before the hot water and adjust. ⚠️ SPECIAL SEPTIC SYSTEM ▪️ There is no disposal in our kitchen sink as we're on a unique and special beachfront septic system to respect and protect our environment. Please avoid disposing of grease, toiletries, and anything that's not liquid/water or the system will get backed up. It's very costly to get it pumped. There are strainers in the kitchen sink to catch the bits of food to be disposed of into the trash can. Please scrape food from the dishes/pots/pans into the trash can, then place it into the dishwasher. ♨ HOT TUB ▪️ Our hot tub is drained, scrubbed, and refilled after every stay. However, since we are beachfront, sand will be at the bottom of the hot tub, no matter how much we vacuum/cleanout. There are bound to be small particles of sand that stick onto the side walls or even lodge inside the jets. Having sand doesn't mean the hot tub is not clean. 📣 CONSIDERATIONS ▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations.
