Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Pets welcome for small fee. This is a 3 bedroom mobile home that has been completely redone. It has a 3 season enclosed porch with lots of room for sport equipment. The house does have 4 outdoor cameras for security. The space 10 minutes from I 75. Close to several golf courses and restaurants. Easy access to miles of trails. Located on small pond, very peaceful and you can canoe or kayak. I also have 2 paddle boats that you are welcome to use. Please bring your own life jackets if you need them. Picnic table, lawn chairs, and fire ring with cook top available for your use. Guest access You have access to the whole yard including the pond. Help yourself to the paddle boats. I do not provide life jackets, you have to bring your own if you need them. I have a picnic table, some lawn chairs and a fire pit grill with utensils. I do provide fire starters and some wood and or charcoal.
