Welcome to our Tropical Miami Home, a charm, space. We have a 3 bedroom and 3 private bathrooms designed to offer comfort and privacy with a pool in the backyard to enjoy with family. The space *Location Within 10 mins: Miami International Airport Calle Ocho, Doral, Coral Gables, Dolphin Mall, Coconut Grove Within 15 mins: Downtown Miami, Wynwood, and Brickell, Art District. Within 25 mins: Miami Beach, Hollywood Beach, Hard Rock Stadium, and the Everglades *Rooms Master Suite: A king bed with memory foam, dual walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bathtub and shower. Queen Room: A cozy queen bed with plenty of storage and a private bathroom. Twin Room: Two comfy twin beds, a study corner, a spacious wardrobe, and an attached bathroom. Living Room: A family-friendly space with a mix of modern style and comfort. Kitchen: An island kitchen perfect for cooking adventures, equipped with a cooktop, beverage fridge, in-cabinet oven, microwave, and a breakfast coffee corner. Convenience: Laundry facilities and a secondary living space with Roku and Netflix for entertainment. *Patio Porch: A relaxed setting with seating, a dining area, and an outdoor refrigerator. BBQ grill. Pool Area: Dive into the pool, enjoy the spa from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., or relax in the hammock. The parking can be inside or outside the gates. Other things to note Our outside spa is not a hot tub, simply a jetted spa. We're pleased to accommodate small, quiet gatherings at our property. If you're planning a larger event, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly before making your booking. For larger gatherings, an additional fee may apply to cover the extra cleaning and maintenance required. This allows us to ensure we can meet your needs while maintaining the tranquility of our neighborhood. We look forward to discussing the possibilities with you to make your stay special.
