Decks on each level offer beautiful ocean views . An elevator services all levels, There is a private pool and bar area under the house where you can choose sun or shade. The custom gunite pool features a shallow tanning or kids area. Location is great; walk to restaurants, park, and marina. The space This home is 3500+/- square ft with numerous high quality upgrades, sitting directly ocean front. There are three oceanfront king suite bedrooms, two of which also have deck access. The three bedrooms with two queen beds all have direct access to jack ‘n Jill bathrooms. The additional two bedrooms each have two sets of bunk beds. It’s 17 total beds with a maximum capacity of 28 people. There are five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a family room with mini fridge, ice maker, coffeemaker and a deck on the first floor. There are an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, the main kitchen and family room and another deck on the top level. The house is on stilts. The ground floor area is a private, fenced in pool area that is great for entertaining. This would be a fantastic area for a small wedding reception. It is partially covered and allows for guests to choose sun or shade. The custom gunite pool has a 1 ft area perfect for tanning or as a baby pool.
