This one of a kind private creekfront home offers serene views beyond the marsh where time slows and worries dissolve. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home features impeccable finishes, from painted yet stylish original hardwood floors to a gorgeous coastal interior. The soft monochromatic palette and astounding views of the marsh from the entire backside of the home create a breathtaking experience. The open floor plan includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen with a butler's pantry that provides ample storage space and two refrigerators for all your planned meals. Cabin Creek also offers two living spaces for entertainment or relaxation. The Carolina Room is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a family night with piano tunes. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, is an oasis of serenity, encircled by traditional yet modern furnishings and a king size bed. This bedroom blends rustic charm with coastal tones and features an ensuite bath with cutting edge design, including a walkin shower and a soaking tub surrounded by beautiful inlaid tile work. Also on the first floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom, ideal for family members who prefer to avoid stairs. On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with a double and a daybed. These rooms share a bathroom located between the bedrooms. For the fisherman in the family, the private covered creek dock with a floating boat dock is perfect for throwing a line, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more. Underneath the home, enjoy games, cocktails, or sit by the firepit to share old memories and create new ones. No matter how you want to spend your vacation, the options are endless at Cabin Creek. No smoking. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking or Vaping. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
