Large dock that provides a view of the main part of the lake. You name it, this place has it! Come check it out! Cloud9 is a waterfront 3 story house with the main living space on the middle floor. The basement is set up as a perfect kid space. Each floor has a full bath. All the details of Cloud9 make it the perfect backdrop to your lake vacation! Cloud9 is an AirBnb superhost destination providing fun for the entire family. Guests have access to every part of the 1 acre property except a detached garage where owners keep items. Dock, boat lift, neighborhood boat ramp, kids play items inside and outside all for guests use during their stay. We communicate exclusively through the Airbnb messenger but can be accessible if needed via phone during your stay. Sunny Acres is a wonderful neighborhood that transports you to relaxation. You pass farms and hay bales and feel like you are a million miles away from all the demands of the normal hustle and bustle. Cloud9 feels secluded while also having Lake Gaston and all it's amenities right out back! Let’s please keep it this way by being respectful of neighbors and other vacationers. No loud parties or rude behavior on the property or on the water in the cove. This is a special place, please don’t ruin it for everyone else :) Only minutes from the cute town of Littleton and about a 2 hr drive from Richmond, Coastal Virginia, Raleigh, you name it! Sunny Acres Owners Association allows vacation rentals only on the basis of respectful guests who will follow the association rules. Please make sure to read and understand the rules prior to booking. State health rules limit occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy.
