Hosted by the property manager ⛺ • Teton Creek Resort is not a fully staffed resort & does not provide room services - guests check themselves into their units with a keycode • The washer & Dryer units are paid & located within the building • The couch pulls out into a queen bed • This home has a firm maximum occupancy of 4 guests. • Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We ask that all guests staying with us at the property manager agree to a few simple rules: • No Events: Gatherings of any kind that exceed the occupancy limit - including parties, weddings, or similar events - are strictly prohibited • Occupancy Limit: The total number of people on the property, including both overnight guests and daytime visitors, may not exceed the maximum occupancy displayed on the listing • No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors • Children & Infants: Please refer to the individual listing for details, as these rules will apply to your stay • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am • No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property Consequences for rule violations: A $500 fine will be issued for each violation. Violating the “No Events” rule will result in a $2,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
