Family & Dog Friendly Townhouse with Fenced Yard

Welcome to the Sunny Sea Gull! Our end-unit townhome is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that's a short drive to Herrington on the Bay and just a 10-minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, playground, restaurants, live music and more in downtown North Beach. We hope you enjoy this bay escape as much as our family does! The space Step inside the front door to the cozy, sun-soaked living room, a modern and fully-stocked kitchen, and dining area that opens up to a small deck and fenced-in yard perfect for kids or pups. On the second floor, you'll find the blue bedroom (twin over full bunk bed) and green bedroom (queen bed), which share a bathroom stocked with essentials for your stay. The entire third floor is a large primary suite with ensuite bathroom and plenty of space to set up a dog bed. All three bedrooms have black-out curtains to keep the sunshine at bay if you want to sleep in! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Front door can be opened with a unique code that we will provide before check-in and that is only valid during your booking. [PARKING] There is one marked/reserved parking space in front of our unit. You will have a pass for a second unreserved parking space. Only two vehicles may be parked in the community lot; please let us know if you have plans to bring more than 2 cars. [BEACH ACCESS] Our home comes with two beach passes during the summer months, good for a total of up to 8 guests. These passes are irreplaceable, so please be very careful not to lose them! Check out North Beach's website for more info on beach rules and rentals (umbrellas, inner tubes, and chairs). We have beach chairs, a wagon, and towels for guests to use. [Note: Beach passes are not provided or necessary to access the beach prior to Memorial Day or after mid-September] Other things to note Let us know as soon as possible if you're looking for early check-in or late checkout — we'll try our best to accommodate! The Town of North Beach has a noise ordinance in effect from 10pm to 7am, so please be mindful of music and noise in the late evenings. No parties are allowed. Further, this is a townhome community and we ask that all guests be respectful of our neighbors whether you're in the backyard, walking your dog, or in our home. Any complaints from neighbors will be investigated and addressed appropriately. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
