Wake up and fall asleep to the waves crashing outside your window in a modern and immaculate studio with inspiring views of the ocean and beach. Everything in it is brand new as of May 2022. This first floor studio is located on the beach at kilometer 19.5 of Cancun hotel zone. It has a private beach with lounge chairs and shades, pools, jacuzzi, Spa, Gym, tennis court, coffee shop. The space We share facilities with an all inclusive boutique hotel called Oleo Cancun, but since owners rent their places you can purchase at front desk the all inclusive for food and drinks (Oleo Cancun hotel rules the prices and usually is $95 usd per person per day except christmas). You can buy in to the packages on a daily or weekly basis . Otherwise you can cross the street to the restaurants lagoon side, as on site restaurants are all inclusive. Note: There is a buffet breakfast option, today is $35 usd p/p per day. You can also take your own drinks and food to the pool or beach. *More options: We have many apartments, studios and hotel-type rooms in this Condominium, so if it is not available or more people want to come, we can gladly help you. Guest access You can use free of charge: *beach chairs and shades by the pool as well as on the beach (except those reserved for some members of a vacation club). *Gym: open 6am to 10pm *Tennis court With cost: *Spa We will send you a guide to nearby restaurants, how to get around the area, advice, places of interest, and most booked excursions. We always help guests book activities at the price that wholesalers provide to us. Other things to note *Airport-condominium-airport transfer service: We have authorized private drivers (extra cost). Uber or regular taxis are not authorized at the airport, so it is advisable to book in advance so as not to be overcharged, no matter it is not with our drivers. *Advice and sale of tours: We work for the main wholesaler in the area, so we offer a quality service, with honest advice about each activity or park. *Cleaning: Additional cleaning service can be requested for an extra charge. The charge made at the time of booking corresponds to the cleaning/laundry at the time of check out. *Towels: You will have 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels in the studio. We don´t replace them every day, but if it´s a long stay and you need we will be happy to help you replacing dirty ones for fresh. * Visits: The Condominium DOES NOT allow visits.
