When you book the BoraBora Boathouse, the entire boathouse is exclusively yours — no shared spaces with other guests. This property is ideal for groups, families, colleagues, or long-stay guests who value privacy, space, and a calm waterfront environment close to the city. ⸻ Cabins & sleeping arrangements The BoraBora Boathouse consists of six private cabins, all included in your booking: 1. Bali Cabin • One single bed 2. Submerged Cabin • One bunk bed (sleeps up to 2 guests) 3. Portside Cabin • One bunk bed (sleeps up to 2 guests) 4. Jungle Cabin • One bunk bed (sleeps up to 2 guests) 5. Underwater Cabin • One queen-size bed (sleeps up to 2 guests) 6. Guest access Guests have access to both private and shared facilities, depending on the accommodation type booked. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and we focus on delivering a comfortable stay at a cost-effective price in a central waterfront location. ⸻ Access to the boats (important) Access to the boats depends on the tide, which changes twice daily. • During high tide, boarding is easiest via the bow (front) of the boat • During low tide, access is typically via the gangway (ramp) If the gangway feels steep at any moment, guests can always use the bow or side entrances instead. There is always a safe and practical way to access the boats, regardless of tide conditions. ⸻ Community note BOCO-living is a shared living environment. Other things to note Additional information Check-in & access Check-in is normally available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Self check-in outside these hours is possible by request only. There is always someone available to assist you outside regular hours — please inform us in advance so we can arrange this properly. Access to the boats depends on the tide level; there is always a safe way to board via the gangway, bow, or side entrance. Safety BOCO-living is a safe and well-managed floating community. You will be staying on the water; basic awareness when moving around decks and outdoor areas is appreciated. Quiet hours & parties This is a quiet residential environment. • Quiet hours apply • No parties or events are allowed Smoking Smoking is only allowed with prior permission and only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the accommodations is not permitted. Laundry facilities Laundry facilities are available. • €7 per machine per use (washing machine or dryer) • Includes detergent and fabric softener A laundry schedule is in place to ensure availability for all guests. Linen & towels For long-stay guests, fresh linen and towels are provided weekly (every Saturday). Additional linen or towel changes are available upon request.
