The space Private Classic Boat Beppe – Unique Stay with Starlink (2–4 Guests) Description: Welcome aboard Classic Boat Beppe, a fully private and authentic classic boat with its own entrance, offering a unique and comfortable stay in Rotterdam Marina. This is not a cabin, but an entire private classic boat, ideal for couples, small families, friends, or guests looking for a distinctive short- or long-stay experience on the water. Classic Boat Beppe combines traditional maritime character with modern comfort and flexibility. Classic Boat Beppe specifications: • Capacity: Ideal for 2–4 guests (sleeping flexibility up to 4–6 depending on layout use). • Sleeping arrangements: • Lockable aft cabin with two single beds • Comfortable queen-size V-berth in the bow • Convertible double bed created from a folding sofa/bench setup (functions as seating by day and converts into a queen-size bed at night) • Additional single bed on the starboard side • Workspace: Convertible folding table that also serves as a desk or workspace. • Kitchenette: Private kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, freezer, and all essential kitchen equipment. • Bathroom: Private shower on board. • Toilet: Private toilet. • Climate: Diesel heating for year-round comfort. • Internet: Fast and reliable Starlink internet connection. • Privacy: Entire classic boat exclusively for your use. Also available for you is the shared large bathroom El Baño with shower, hot water, heating and shared with a few other guests. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and we focus on delivering a comfortable stay at a cost-effective price in a central waterfront location. ⸻ Access to the boats (important) Access to the boats depends on the tide, which changes twice daily. • During high tide, boarding is easiest via the bow (front) of the boat • During low tide, access is typically via the gangway (ramp) If the gangway feels steep at any moment, guests can always use the bow or side entrances instead. Other things to note Additional information Check-in & access Check-in is normally available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Self check-in outside these hours is possible by request only. There is always someone available to assist you outside regular hours — please inform us in advance so we can arrange this properly. Access to the boats depends on the tide level; there is always a safe way to board via the gangway, bow, or side entrance. Safety BOCO-living is a safe and well-managed floating community. You will be staying on the water; basic awareness when moving around decks and outdoor areas is appreciated.
