The space Peter’s Beach House is a modern and private beachfront villa of 250 m² for up to 6 people in Poste Lafayette. In front a private swimming pool and magnificent views of the ocean. Location Peter’s Beach House is directly on the beach in Poste Lafayette, the north east of the Island, 1 hour from the airport and only 25 minutes by car from Pereybere and Grand-Baie. In contrast to the north, it is a less touristic region, therefore ideal to relax and go for long walks on the beach. Supermarket and shops can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Best of all, the fisherman comes by to deliver his fresh catch of the day! Details Peter’s Beach House counts 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, namely: 1st Floor • Bedroom1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and walking closet as well. The Bedroom opens on a large terrace including outdoor furniture with stunning views of the see. • Bedroom2 has a double bed, likewise on the large terrace with Seaview • Bedroom3 has twin beds and garden views Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom The villa is ideal for a couple, equally for families. Children are most welcome; thus the pool is not secured. Ground Floor • Spacious living room, dining table seating 8 • Open TV room with large smart TV screen • Adjoining covered terrace with lounge for 8 • Swimming pool + deck, 6 deckchairs, umbrella • Large and modern plus well equipped Kitchen • Guest toilet • And finally, a Laundry, outside kitchen and a private garage for 2 cars. Bedsheets, towels are provided for free Services The Villa is serviced 3 hours daily except on Sundays and public holidays. We provide cooking services on request, subject to a small surcharge. Babysitter is possible too with a supplement; Surroundings There is a small supermarket 3 min by car, in fact they can deliver the goods at the villa. Furthermore, Winner’s supermarket is at 9 km. The surrounding Villages have daily markets with fresh vegetables and fruits. The Restaurant “la maison d’été” is very good, only 200 meters walk from Peter’s Beach House. There are different possibilities of watersports, in particular at Azuri with its many sport activities is at 7 km. Easy walk for children at Bras d’eau National Park , 8 km from the villa. Between Trou d’eau douce and Post Lafayette are some of the best Golf courses of the Island, such as The Links at 12 minutes by car. Transport We can organize your airport transfer and car hire with delivery at the airport Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam or at Peter’s Beach House. Although the bus passes the villa, we recommend a to hire a car. Guest access The villa ,garden and pool are allo at your disposal and not shared Other things to note -the pool is not fenced. Our lovely dogs might come by for a visit. -I can arrange your airport transfert and car rental. -💶 Tourist Tax Starting October 1st, 2025, a government tourist tax of €3 per person as from 12 years , per night will be collected in cash upon arrival. Please have the amount ready to simplify check-in.
