Villa Ethir is a contemporal home built on the point between the estuaries of Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. Punta San Fransisco - as locals call it - is situated on a rock that overviews Tamarindo beach on the right and has Playa Langosta beach to your left. You have direct beach access in front of the villa to both playa Tamarindo and playa Langosta,which is the more upper end part of Tamarindo. The space From the main house, terrace and private garden/pool there is ocean view (depending on green season vs dry season). The master bedroom is facing the wooden deck and pool. The two other bedrooms face the pool from the other side. All bedrooms are centered around the swimming pool. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of the laundry room that is locked.. Laundry will be handled by cleaning staff at no extra cost. All utilities are included in the price but guests are requested to shut down the A/C and lights when nobody in the room/house. Maintenance staff is instructed to turn off the A/C when nobody is present.
