The Stud 6.4

The Stud 6.4 is available to rent for holidays with family, friends or musicians, or employees on the move. It is attached to the owners house, and only the 1st floor is available. The accommodation is also a place of musical and artistic creation located in Orriule (64) in a natural and warm setting, in the heart of the Béarnese countryside, for rehearsal and recording projects, ideal for setting up an artistic residence. The space It consists of 3 rooms, 4 beds, and a balcony, ideal for up to 4 people (in single beds), or 5 people (3 single beds and one double bed). The first room, called the large room, has: - A lounge area with a sofa and 1 armchair, equipped with a TV, stereo system and reading corner - A music learning and recording area, with a drum kit, guitars, bass, synth, amps and PA system available - A medium-sized French billiard table - A sleeping area with 1 double bed 160 (France Literie), 1 double bed 140 (France Literie), 1 single bed The second room is the fully equipped kitchen (Senséo or family coffee maker) with 1 sofa bed, which can be used as a second bedroom. The third room is the adjoining bathroom (shower and toilet) Opening the bay window leads to the covered balcony with its garden furniture and a view of the countryside On the ground floor, you can enjoy: - A covered outdoor terrace (Patio)/Reception - An outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Pyrenees and the Basque Country. - A barbecue area with a stone table and benches - A pétanque and badminton court Read the comments on the photos by clicking on them; you will find the description and details there Guest access The accommodation is located upstairs. Other things to note Sheets and bath towels are provided for each guest. Please let us know the number of beds to prepare. If you are doing drum sessions, or if you are playing with high amplification, you will need to do so before midnight (12 am). Otherwise, you are free to organise yourself as you wish. Stud 6.4 can provide, on the ground floor (with an additional rental), another accommodation unit consisting of three rooms: - 1 cabin A of 20 m2 - 1 cabin B of 15 m2 - 1 cabin C of 6 m2 These cabins are connected by glass walls, They are intended to be used as separate cabins, meeting rooms or additional sleeping accommodation.
