The Stud 6.4

The Stud 6.4 is available for rent for family vacations, friends or musicians, or employees on the go. It is attached to the owners house, and only the 1st floor is available. The accommodation is also a place of musical and artistic creation located in Orriule (64) in a natural and warm setting, in the heart of the Béarnaise countryside, for rehearsal and recording projects, ideal for setting up an artistic residence. The space It consists of 3 rooms, and a balcony. The first room called the large room with: - A living room area with sofa and 1 armchair, equipped with a TV, stereo, reading corner - A musical learning and recording space, with drums, guitars, bass, synthesizer, amplifiers and sound system available - Medium format French billiards - A sleeping area with 1 double bed 160 (France Literie), 1 double bed 140 (France Literie), 1 single bed The second room, the fully equipped kitchen (Senséo or family coffee machine) with 1 sofa bed. The third room, the ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) Opening the bay window is the covered balcony with its garden furniture and views of the countryside On the ground floor you can enjoy: - A covered outdoor terrace (Patio)/ Reception - An outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Pyrenees and the Basque Country. - A barbecue area with stone table and benches - A petanque court and badminton Read the comments on the photos by clicking on them, you'll find the description and details Guest access The accommodation is located upstairs. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided for each guest. If you are doing drum sessions, or if you are playing with loud amplification, you will need to do it before midnight (12 a.m.). Otherwise, you are free to organize yourself as you wish. The Stud 6.4 can provide, in addition, on the ground floor, another accommodation consisting of three rooms: - 1 cabin A of 20 m2 – 1 cabin B of 15 m2 - 1 cabin C of 6 m2 These cabins are connected by glass walls between them, and can be connected to the Great Hall upstairs. They are intended to make isolated cabins, control rooms or additional beds). Specify it in your message, we will tell you the procedure to follow, because they will be the subject of another rental.
