The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the small appliances, cookware, and serving dishes you'll need, offering granite countertops and full-size appliances. There's seating for everyone between the dining room table and the breakfast bar, or gather on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or a good book with the sounds of the surf and an ocean breeze. Prefer to grill up some surf-and-turf? Head downstairs and you'll find grilling stations near the pool. Outdoor showers are also found on the oceanside of the building, so it's a cinch to rinse off before you head back inside or back to the pool. After a long day on the beach, retreat to the cozy primary bedroom, offering a Queen-size bed, beautiful views, private access to the balcony, a walk-in closet, a flatscreen TV, and an extra-large bathroom featuring a deep jetted tub, a separate shower, a walkin closet, and granite vanity. The other two bedrooms are equally comfortable, one a queen-size bed and private balcony, ample closet space, and a flatscreen cable TV. The other with a bunkset with Double/Double size beds and Flat Screen TV. Conveniently located to access local shops. You can walk across the street to the Sandbridge Market, grab subs or ice cream at Zero's, Ben & Jerry's, or Sugar Shack. Take a cruise down Sandpiper Road and you'll find Back Bay Wildlife Refuge with its wildlife tours, hiking/ biking trails, and kayak launch. You can also take the tram and tour First Landing State Park. The Sandbridge fishing pier is also at the south end of Sandpiper, near Little Island Park, featuring covered picnic areas, a big playground, and the historic Sandbridge Coast Guard Station. Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide. The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association. Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos. Guest access This is a Condo Complex with gated access. You enter the parking garage from the BACK ENTRANCE on MARLIN LANE. You will receive the parking gate codes 7 days prior to your arrival as well as the keyless access code to the unit. The complex does provide elevator access to all levels. The building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide. The condo is located on floor 3. Other things to note No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed. Please respect the noise curfew after 10PM. Please respect the 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out times. Occupants may not exceed Max. Home Occupancy Please report damages when they occur. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes & start dishwasher cycle before departure. Please take the trash out before you leave. Please be advised guest will be responsible if home is left excessively dirty, responsible for extensive trash, or if negligent damages occur.
