It has a bathroom, an equipped kitchenette with a dining table and 2 rooms with 90x200 single beds. Each room has a wardrobe, a bookcase, a dresser and a desk. Guest access Our home is a family-owned 19th-century tenement house with a garden. Completely renovated. We, architects with passion, live on the ground floor. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors (attic) are apartments (rooms) for guests. In the garden, you can easily find your place to eat breakfast or read a book outdoors. For archery connoisseurs, there is a place to practice. Other things to note The house is dedicated to non-smokers. We prefer the principle of not crossing other people's boundaries. If you smoke, you can do it in the nearby city square. You have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house. We do laundry at your request. This is a service paid on site PLN 25. You can park your car on the street in front of the building (paid Mon-Fri until 6 p.m.) or in 2 nearby paid parking lots - 290 m from us. You can walk: Piotrkowska Street in 7 minutes, to the Station and to Manufaktura in 20 minutes, to Atlas Arena in 20 minutes.
