Bright room with mezzanine

Apartment in an old building, first floor by stairs, located in Palermo, less than 100 m from multiple means of transport. Shared bathroom. The terrace is not available. It is important to indicate the estimated check-in/check-out time when booking, as confirmation will depend on that information in order to organize ourselves. Inquiries and coordination are made with me. The space The apartment has two levels. Downstairs is the living-dining room, kitchen, and a bedroom (occupied by a relative). Upstairs are the two guest rooms and a shared bathroom. The terrace is not available. The room offered has two internal levels. On the lower level it has a large closet and a large window that provides natural light. On the upper level, which is accessed by a small internal staircase, there is a double bed, a desk and an additional window. It is a bright, quiet and comfortable space to rest or work. The building is old and is accessed by stairs (first floor). It is located in Palermo, with excellent access to public transportation (subway, buses, train) less than 100 meters away. Please inform the estimated check-in and check-out times at the time of booking, as confirmation depends on that information in order to organize ourselves properly. Guest access The location is strategic. A short walk away from a busy avenue, it has access to different means of transportation, via metrobus, train and subway. The green spaces are a few blocks from the apartment, the Rosedal (Rose Garden) is the city's emblematic place. There is an open-air shopping mall in front of the building. During your stay I will be available through the app or my cell phone. Other things to note I am available to answer any questions or coordinate whatever you need. My oldest daughter lives in the apartment. Access to the apartment is by stairs: there are three sections, one from the ground floor of the building to the first floor, another narrow section to go up to the room, and a small section to reach the mezzanine inside the room itself. There is currently a kitten that appeared on the terrace and a home is being sought for it, so access to that space is not allowed. Please do not give it food or allow it to enter the apartment.
