Beautiful house in Las Cruces, with an exceptional location in front of the beach, panoramic view of the sea and the entire bay. It is located in the exclusive Vatican neighborhood, a heritage area with unique 20th-century architecture. It is just a couple of meters from Chica de Las Cruces beach and close to the most outstanding restaurants, bars and cafes in the area, which are open in high season. You can walk to all the shops in the area, without the need to travel by vehicle. The space The house has 2 floors and a large terrace overlooking the ocean, the beach and the architecture of the neighborhood, it has free parking. The terrace is equipped with 1 table with a parasol and 6 reclining chairs/loungers, 1 grill. The first floor consists of: - 1 living room with access through a large screen overlooking the ocean, 1 three-piece chair, 2 single chairs, 2 seats, 1 smart TV - 1 fully-equipped kitchen for 8 people. It has a gas stove with 4 burners and a built-in oven, an electric kettle, an electric toaster, a juicer, a microwave, a blender, and all the necessary utensils. - 1 separate dining room with ocean view that accommodates 8 people, with refrigerator/freezer - 2 full bathrooms. - 4 bedrooms: - 1 master bedroom on the first floor with ocean views, 1 double bed, ample storage space with clothes hangers. - 1 room on the first floor with bunkbed (2 single beds in total) The second floor consists of: - 2 bedrooms with ocean views, 2 single beds, drawers, 1 closet Other things to note You must bring your own sheets. All beds have covers, blankets, bedspreads, and pillows, but no sheets. Each guest will have 1 bath towel. *There is no change of towels. Each bathroom will have: - 1 hand towel - Liquid soap in sink You will have the following cleaning supplies: - 1 chlorine - 1 cleaning cloth - 1 garbage bag - 1 mop - brush to clean the toilet - 1 roll of toilet paper *Items are not considered replacement The kitchen will have the following cleaning supplies: - 1 small dish soap - 1 dish sponge - 1 garbage bag - 1 cleaning cloth - 1 roll of absorbent paper - napkins *Items are not replenished
