This home is pet friendly (maximum 2 dogs, not cats) so bring your four-legged family member and enjoy the community dog park! BRAND NEW Amenity Park including pickleball courts, horseshoes, playground equipment, electric chargers and more is located just West of the property. The close proximity allows easy access to all this space has to offer, while the soundproof surface of the pickleball court ensures that you won't be disturbed while at the house. Guest access Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May (all weather permitting) Other things to note Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly (maximum 2 dogs). Dogs MUST be kept in a crate if being left unattended. We have provided a crate for you. We have also provided a couple of dog blankets for your use. Dog blankets must be used on the beds and couches. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the furniture from a pet. It's very important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. Please adhere to all rules so as not to incur a fine of $100--$500. Rules for La Estancia Community: - There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. - If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. - Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.
