Newly built cabin on the Caney Fork River bank featuring a master bedroom w/ king size bed & private bath. A second bedroom offers a queen size bed with direct access to bathroom, two full over queen bunk beds upstairs. Large front porch & spacious yard w/ corn hole, charcoal grill, fire pit & hot tub are waiting for you. Gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, fully stocked laundry, & well equipped kitchen, high speed fiber internet, smart TVs, books, puzzles, and games make your stay more fun. The space Perfectly situated on the beautiful Caney Fork River just minutes from Rock Island State Park, our new construction cabin provides the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern convenience. We are centrally located between McMinnville, the nursery capital of the world and the many waterfalls of Sparta/White County. Spend your days enjoying the scenic area and your evenings “front porch sitting” or soaking in our hot tub with the perfect sunset river view. There is a small private dock on the property. You are welcome to use it at your own risk. Owners/property managers will not be responsible for any accidents or injury. The river properties offer the best of nature in Middle Tennessee. But, all natural areas come with some inherent risk. We have seen deer, groundhogs, rabbits, fox, and even the occasional snake on our property. From our experience, all wildlife are more fearful of us than we are of them. We want you to enjoy your stay on our property and stay safe. Concrete driveway has recently been installed making it even easier to enjoy our place. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home as well as front porch, spacious front yard, grilling area, fire pit area with fire wood available, large parking lot and hot tub. There is a small private dock on the property (use all amenities at your own risk). Other things to note Kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking and baking and has spices and seasonings. We have a keurig and drip coffee maker with coffee for both. Other kitchen items include an air fryer, toaster oven, and blender. If you prefer something special, please let us know and we can arrange to have it for you on your arrival. Use hot tub at your own risk. Owners will not be responsible for accidents or injuries. Please consult a doctor before using a hot tub if you have medical conditions. Keep hot tub covered and latched to avoid injury or death. There is a small private dock on the property.
