It consists of a cozy living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and an elegant bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable pull-out sofa, a coffee table, and a chair. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The dining area comfortably seats four people and leads directly to the balcony. For the comfort of guests, the flat is equipped with: Hoover, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and hair dryer. The apartment is located in a quiet, tree-lined side street and is oriented towards the Baltic Sea. It is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground car park (for an additional fee). Guest access Enjoy the amenities of the building, including the impressive rooftop terrace with a complimentary pool and saunas. The spa area is open all year round, so the sauna and outdoor area are always open. However, the pool and jacuzzi are currently only open from May to the end of September. The promenade and the beach are just about 200 meters away and easily accessible on foot. For an additional fee, there's the option to reserve a parking space in the underground garage.
