The home features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and dedicated workspace, and the other with two single beds and a small desk. In the living room, the sofa converts into a 130 x 192 cm sofa bed. It can accommodate 2 guests, though it is a cosier option than the main beds. Large windows in the living room and both bedrooms bring in natural light and overlook the private fenced patio. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, ideal for remote work, streaming, or staying in touch with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living area, creating a welcoming space to cook, eat, work, or unwind. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, and complimentary toiletries, while the separate utility room provides a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Step outside to your private patio, which includes outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and space to relax in the fresh air. Guest access As a guest at Hambo Hideaway, you will have full private access to the entire guest house and patio. Inside, this includes both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and separate utility room with washer and dryer. Outside, the fenced patio is exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Hambo Hideaway is completely separate from the White House, and the two properties do not share any amenities. This helps ensure a private and undisturbed stay. Other things to note Hambo Hideaway shares an entrance pathway with the White House. Hambo Hideaway is the house directly ahead, with no shared amenities, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and ashtrays are provided. Please help us keep the garden tidy by disposing of cigarette butts properly. Hambo Hideaway is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work, stream, or stay connected with ease during your stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly, ideal for restful evenings after exploring Lund, Malmö or southern Sweden. Business-Friendly Stay Business travellers and project teams are welcome. The property is well suited for corporate stays in the Malmö and Lund region, and invoices are available for company bookings. IMPORTANT: Before arrival, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in through an external guest check-in link outside Airbnb. This includes confirming the full names of all staying guests, completing the basic guest details, verifying the lead guest’s identity with a valid government-issued ID, and signing our short-term rental agreement digitally. All staying guests must be listed as approved occupants. This helps us keep every stay clear, safe, and well managed, and supports our insurance, house rules, arrival preparation, and property management.
