We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use. Other things to note Please treat the house with the utmost respect, as if it were your own. We inform you that in Venice the use of heating is allowed only from October 15 to April 15 of each year, after which date it will not be possible to turn it on. 1. Check-in: Can be done from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For late check-in, there are surcharges: - €35 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. After 12:00 a.m., check-in cannot be guaranteed. 2. Contact before arrival: we kindly ask you to contact us at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. This will allow us to be ready to welcome you and give you the keys. 3. Check-out: It is scheduled by 10:00 a.m. If you wish to postpone, it is only possible upon request and subject to availability. 4. Accommodation tax: The accommodation tax is €4 per night for adults and €2 per night for children between 10 and 16 years old (not yet 16 years old). Children under 10 do not pay.
