In the heart of Venice, with direct views of the San Barnaba Canal, in one of the most beautiful canals in Venice, a stone's throw from the Accademia and St. Mark's, literally above the famous Ponte dei Pugni. This is my home, which I'm very fond of. My life has led me to live part of the year away from my Venice and so I decided to open the doors of my home which is located in the most beautiful and romantic area of Venice. The space The house offers the charm of Venice and its style, it is bright and above all overlooking the beautiful canal of San Barnaba, above the famous Ponte dei Pugni. Ca' Marchese offers large rooms with a small terrace overlooking the canal, two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a living room in the entrance hall with a canal view, a dining room connected to a living room with a TV, a kitchen with a dining table, an anti-bathroom room with a desk to work and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Here is the space where you can relax after long Venetian walks with the most desired and appreciated views that will fill your heart. Guest access The apartment is located entirely on the first floor, access from the street "Rio Terà" is very convenient, you go directly up the stairs to the first floor, the only access is that of the apartment, and it does not have an elevator. Other things to note The Ca' Marchese apartment has gas, electricity, bed linens, and towels. Check-in is available until 8:30 p.m. The Venice tourist tax is the only additional cost and must be paid at check-in. It's free for children up to 9 years old, €2 per day for ages 10 to 15, and €4 for everyone else. The cost is per person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights. Check-in after 8:30 p.m. has a cost of 50 euros to be paid upon arrival by midnight, after midnight it is always to be agreed with an increased extra cost.
