"Ea casa de mì 2", the enchantment of experiencing Venice

“Ea casa de mì 2” is a magical place, where you can serenely experience the spirit of the most beautiful city in the world. Our homes are a safe place to rest after returning from the long walks that Venice requires The space The accommodation, as you can see from the photos, offers comfortable and well-organized spaces: a cozy entrance, a bright bedroom with a large double bed (160x200 cm), a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable sofa that turns into a second double bed (160x200 cm). The apartment is completed by a practical bathroom, accessible directly from the entrance. Guest access The accommodation is entirely at the disposal of guests, with the exception of a few locked cabinets, used to store supplies and linen. Other things to note The tourist tax is a local tax applied to tourists who stay overnight in accommodation facilities (apartments, hotels, etc.) in tourist resorts or cities of art. In Venice, it is neither calculated nor collected by Airbnb, as the Municipality has not entered into any agreement with portals or agencies. The amount is therefore collected directly by the managers of the facilities, who then pay it to the Municipal Administration. The rates up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights are as follows: €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over, €1.50 per person per night for children aged 10 to 15, free for children under 10.
