It is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, and was completely renovated in 2022/2023, maintaining some original elements, such as the characteristic exposed wooden beams, and combining them with completely new floors, bathroom, and furnishings. The apartment measures approximately 50 sqm, with three-meter high ceilings, and has been redesigned to offer comfort and functionality while respecting the characteristics of the historic building. The property includes: • entrance; • kitchen; • bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed; • bathroom with window, toilet, shower and bidet; • living room with double sofa bed 160 × 200 cm. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 + 2 people, for a total of 4 beds. All systems are new and compliant. Guest access The house and its location The "Ea casa de mì2" apartment is located in the heart of Venice, in the Dorsoduro district, at Rio Terà de la Scoazzera 2890A. It is easily accessible both on foot and by vaporetto, departing from Piazzale Roma, where buses and taxis arrive, or from Venice Santa Lucia train station. The nearest vaporetto stop is Ca' Rezzonico, just a five-minute walk from the apartment. From here, getting to the house is very simple: continue along the street to Campo San Barnaba, turn right onto Fondamenta Gherardini, and cross the distinctive Ponte dei Pugni. Continue straight along the Rio Terà Canal to Campo Santa Margherita, then turn left and walk along the building, leaving the square on your right. After about 150 meters, on the left, you will find the Rio Terà de la Scoazzera: you have arrived. The house is the third-to-last door on the right, at number 2890A. Other things to note The tourist tax is a local tax applied to tourists who stay overnight in accommodation facilities (apartments, hotels, etc.) in tourist resorts or cities of art. In Venice, it is neither calculated nor collected by Airbnb, as the Municipality has not entered into any agreement with portals or agencies. The amount is therefore collected directly by the managers of the facilities, who then pay it to the Municipal Administration. The rates up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights are as follows: €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over, €1.50 per person per night for children aged 10 to 15, free for children under 10. Payment must be made at the property at the time of checkout, for this purpose a wooden box has been set up on top of the living room furniture. If the fee were collected by Airbnb, a fixed rate of €3.00 per person would be applied.
