Family house for 6 people located in Chapelco Golf & Resort, 5 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, and 40 minutes from the ski center. The Club has tennis courts, a golf course (you can access it directly from the house's garden) and access to the Quilquihue River for trout fishing. The space The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, reception toilet, master bedroom (king size bed, dressing room, bathroom and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage), kitchen (fully equipped with indoor access to grill), laundry room and garage. The upper floor has on the one hand with a large SUM with a work desk, Smart TV, 1 sofa and 2 armchairs bed. On the other side of the corridor, a very spacious room with 3 and a half square beds and en-suite bathroom. Outside, the house has a large deck with table and chairs for 6 people and in another area you can relax with the beautiful view of the mountains. Next to the park, under the pine forest, a stove with wooden benches to enjoy outdoor barbecues. Without a doubt, a very popular space in the summer months. In our garage you can have bicycles and skateboards for the children when they want to take a walk around the property. We also have a practicuna and baby food chair. Guest access We are very close to the main entrance. You can tour the private neighborhood by bicycle and reach the Quilquihue River just 4 km away on the property. The tour invites you to stop for coffee at the 5-star Hotel or have lunch at the Club House traditional food. The children's playground is just a few meters away! Other things to note The heating system uses radiant flooring throughout the house. The accommodation has bed linens and towels. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Pets: Although we love them, out of respect for people allergic to dog and cat hair, pets are not allowed on this property.
