EL OLIVO Rural Luxury House

Casa El Olivo de Bernuy is the dream of two traveling friends who are passionate about sports and nature, who were looking for a place to enjoy, relax and share with family and friends. Located in Bernuy, a picturesque colonial village in the province of Toledo, we have renovated this house with everything you need to disconnect for a few days and enjoy the pleasures of a totally rural environment - quiet and relaxed - on the banks of the Tagus River and less than an hour from Madrid! The space This is a rural complex of 2 buildings with a private garden, outdoor gazebo, barbecue grill, and swimming pool. In the main house, there are two double bedrooms, one with a full en-suite bathroom, with shower and bathtub, and the other with a bathroom at your disposal. The common space of the main house consists of a large hall with a desk, a living room with a 75-inch TV, and a kitchen connected to the dining room through the central island. The dining room has a large central table that seats 12. Upstairs, double height with the dining room, there is a living room with a fireplace and a viewpoint towards the river. In the second building, formerly used as stables and grain warehouses, 3 rooms with private bathroom and a Games Room have been set up: Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed and has a private bathroom with a separate sink, toilet, and shower. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a crib, and also has a private bathroom with a separate sink, toilet, and shower. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, bunk beds and a trundle bed, also with access to a private bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and shower. The game room is connected to the garden, the outdoor gazebo with barbecue and the pool. In the complex's private garden, there is a barbecue that is open to it but covered, adjacent to the gazebo, a large porch equipped with a large dining table with benches, a kitchen sink and a beer tap that - on request - we make available to guests.
