The unit has a private front porch with rocking chairs and a hammock and a peaceful sun filled back porch with extensive seating. The outdoor space for two units are separated by a gate and deck- both have their own fire pit, outdoor shower and seating. Located on Wrightsville Beach’s main strip and just a 3-minute walk to the sand, The Loft offers easy access to Johnny Mercer's Pier, local shops, and restaurants—making it the ideal beachside escape. Nestled along the quiet north end of Wrightsville Beach, 1502 North Lumina Avenue offers a perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and convenience.
