This includes the main cabin, the detached private movie theater, the spacious deck with the hot tub, and the entire yard with the fire pit and creek access. Ample private parking is available directly at the cabin for your convenience. Entry is via a keyless system for a seamless self-check-in experience. Other things to note ▪️Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled, including two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, coffee, and tea. Please plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. ▪️Items to Bring: Guests should bring their own propane for the BBQ grill and firewood for the outdoor fire pit, as we cannot guarantee the supply of these items between stays. ▪️Connectivity: Cell reception can vary by carrier in the mountains. Free WiFi is provided for your use. The Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps; please use your own login credentials. ▪️Mountain Living: You are in nature, and wildlife may be present. Please secure all food and use the provided metal trashcan by the theater room. The cabin is professionally and preventatively treated for pests; refunds will not be given for encountering bugs. ▪️Safety & Security: An outward-facing security camera monitors the driveway. It does not view any private or interior spaces. ▪️Travel Insurance: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside of our control, such as weather, natural disasters, power outages, or personal matters.
