A keypad is located at the back door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest! Other things to note ***DISCLAIMER*** Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub may take longer than usual to heat, especially in colder weather. For best performance, the jets should be off or on low while heating and the cover should remain fully closed. Due to weather conditions and heating limitations, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach or maintain maximum temperature at all times. Please note that pricing will vary based on the size of your party and if you’re bringing pet/s. - We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee. Two Ring Floodlight security cameras are located at the back of the house and the driveway for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. Please note the following: Slippery Conditions: Snow and ice can make the ground, steps, and walkways slippery.
