🌺 Welcome to the Blue Tiki, a Hawaiian inspired retreat 5 min drive to Gulf beaches. Lounge by the private screened-in lanai and heated pool. Enjoy comfy mattresses, hotel-quality linens, a well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar, plus beach chairs, cooler, and wagon for easy beach days. Fast Wi-Fi and plenty of parking. Our focus is a well-cared-for, comfortable space designed to help you settle in easily, sleep well, and relax from the moment you arrive at your private tropical backyard oasis. The space Living Room The living room has comfy seating and a 65” smart TV. There are also board games and a PS4 available for your use (no games provided). Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, knives, dishware, utensils, and everything you might need for cooking. A water filter pitcher is available in the refrigerator. In the coffee bar cabinet, you'll also find a Crock Pot and an Instant Pot. Glassware, wine glasses, and a cocktail shaker are provided. The coffee bar is stocked with ground coffee, a starter supply of K-Cups, tea, cream, and sugar. There is a dining table with four chairs and a bench seat. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a relaxing tiki/tropical style and includes a king bed with comfy bedding, a smart TV, dimmable lighting, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dresser and a small desk, perfect if you are looking for a place to do your makeup. Bedroom 2 has a Hawaiian vibe and includes a full size comfy bed, a ceiling fan, closet, dresser and a small desk. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet. Bedroom 3 has a Texas theme, 2 twin beds with comfy bedding and throws, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, closet and games. There is a pack-n-play in the closet. Bathrooms The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower with both rainshower/handheld shower heads and dimmable lighting. The second bathroom has a tub with shower. There are beach towels provided in the closet. Both bathrooms are fully supplied with towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Outdoor Space Welcome to your private tropical escape. The screened-in pool area is designed for pure relaxation, featuring a teak daybed, cozy seating, and three adjustable loungers perfect for sunbathing. Prefer warmer water? Pool heat is available, (set to 85°F) so you can enjoy the pool in every season. Fire up the propane grill for easy poolside meals, or head into the yard where four Adirondack chairs and a firepit create the perfect evening hangout spot. And don’t forget to look up — you might catch flocks of green parrots or a soaring bald eagle passing overhead. It’s Florida magic you won’t forget. Laundry The washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler for your use. Guest access Parking There is room for 4 cars to park in the driveway. There is a car in the garage and the garage is not available for parking. Please do not open the main garage door or walk through the garage except for entrance/exit and to use the laundry machines.
