While AWD or 4WD is not required, we strongly recommend driving slowly and with extra care, especially in low-clearance vehicles. In fall and winter months, weather can be quite wet. Please check conditions in advance and be prepared for wet conditions on Mountain Loop Highway. 🔥 Outdoor Fire Policy & Seasonal Restrictions: For safety and environmental reasons, there is no fire pit on the property, and outdoor fires are not permitted at any time, regardless of the season. During the summer and early fall, local fire bans are often in effect due to high wildfire risk in the area. To help protect the forest and nearby homes, we kindly ask that guests do not attempt to build any fires on or near the property. The hot tub, cozy indoor fireplace, and deck lighting offer a warm and relaxing alternative for enjoying the outdoors in the evening. 🍖BBQ Grill & Fuel: We provide a full propane tank and utensils.
