This home was created intentionally to blend the serene desert exterior with the home's luxurious and impeccably designed interior. BEDS AND BATH There are two bedrooms, each with King beds, and one pull-out Queen sized mattress in the living room, with luxury linens from The Citizenry to ensure your full and perfect comfort. Each bedroom has a sliding door to a private exterior patio with modern chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee while you take in the mountain views. Curl up in the plush spa robes waiting for you in each closet, alongside several hangers and a luggage storage rack. Reach into the side tables for a personal reading light and phone charger for you to relax without effort. Above the full-size dresser, each bedroom has a television complete with paid streaming services to enjoy your favorite shows or movies from the comfort of your bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom that includes luxury bath towels from Parachute, hand soap from Aesop, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, feminine products, disposable tooth brushes, makeup towels, hair ties, and more. KITCHEN AND DINING Full-size luxury kitchen, with brand new appliances, designed for a night in crafting your favorite meals. The kitchen island has four chairs with outlets for bar top eating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of cookware, tableware, and appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, Joshua Tree Coffee beans, an assorted tea selection, tea kettle and more. The kitchen's exterior patio door opens completely to an exterior propane grill with grill set and a 6-person outdoor dining table to enjoy your breakfast under the blue sky or your dinner under the stars. LIVING ROOM The living space of Mason House has a 80" flat screen TV complete with multiple paid streaming services and live TV options to enjoy all your favorite movies and shows. Stretch your legs out on the large sectional sofa that has a queen sized pull out bed for 2 additional guests. Comfortable blankets, bed linens, and extra pillows can be located under the chaise of the sofa. Within the TV entertainment console you will find a full complement of board games and outdoor toys including cornhole bags (boards located deep in the backyard), frisbee, football, and a bluetooth portable speaker. Slide open the giant patio sliders to create a second outdoor living room. EXTERIOR Mason House was designed to bring the breathtaking landscape of the Joshua Tree desert right to your feet from a multitude of lounge areas. Whether it's a swim in the custom pool (non-heated) and hot tub (heated free of charge); sun bathing in the umbrella-covered pool recliners; conversations around the propane fire pit; star-gazing from the built-in hammocks; lounging on the covered-patio couches; warm showers outdoors; or breakfast seated at the outdoor dining table; the possibilities are endless to enjoy the desert's vast beauty. Please note the pool is not heated. Farther out in the yard you will find a cornhole board, with bags located within the living room TV console, for your opportunity to have some friendly fun amongst the numerous Joshua Trees scattered in the multiple acre property. Guest access The entirety of Mason House is exclusively yours to ensure both the full privacy and the enjoyment of your stay. Welcome home. Other things to note ADDITIONAL REQUESTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return stays. -Mason House operates on a septic system, so please do not dispose of any flushable wipes, feminine products, or anything other than the provided toilet paper in the toilet but instead use the trash cans provided. -Please load your used dishes into the dishwasher before leaving. -Turn off outdoor lighting when not in use to preserve the serene stargazing in the area. - The Joshua Tree desert has lots of plants and wildlife. While rare, the desert is home to gophers, coyotes, spiders, snakes, and scorpions who live with us here in Joshua Tree.
