Bedroom with private bathroom/terrace in San Telmo

Cozy and comfortable bedroom in second floor by stairs for couples or single traveler one block from Plaza Dorrego. It is equipped with a gas stove, AC, ceiling fan, comfortable closet, double bed, TV 25", wifi, private bathroom and a beautiful 21 square meters terrace full of plants with argentinian grill. The whole house has windows with hermetic double glass system and mosquito net. I live in the ground floor where I share the fully equipped kitchen with my guests. The space I have designed every corner of my house in detail with great dedication and love, seeking to create a space with its own identity and noble materials. I live on the ground floor so there is total independence of the spaces with the room upstairs. The place is very quiet as it is located in the core of the block, has lots of natural light and lots of plants in the main yard as well as in the terrace. Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen to your left, which you can use to cook your meals if you'd like, and to the right, the stairs that take you to the second floor, which will be your private space. During the check-in process, I'll provide you with all the necessary information for your stay together with the keys and a public transport card (SUBE) for you to use during your stay and will be available to help you with anything you need. During your stay What I enjoy most about hosting is interacting with my guests and having a good cultural exchange. I think this activity is a way to travel without leaving home. I'm an interior designer and work from home for an architectural firm. I love films, theater, and arts in general. Fortunately, I've lived abroad and traveled extensively, experiencing different cultures.
